By using this site or any GPT tools we provide, you agree to the following terms:

1. AI Tool Disclaimer:  WightSpark offers GPT-based tools for general marketing assistance and productivity. These tools generate AI outputs based on user prompts.  

You understand and accept that:

• Outputs are automated, and may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete.

• You are responsible for verifying and interpreting results.

• No warranty is made regarding accuracy or fitness for purpose.

2. No Professional Advice:  AI-generated content does not constitute legal, business, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI outputs.

3. Hosted by OpenAI:  Our GPT tools operate within ChatGPT by OpenAI. By using them, you are also bound by OpenAI’s terms of service and privacy policy.  We do not control how OpenAI handles chat data. For more, visit:  https://openai.com/terms

4. Limitation of Liability:  WightSpark, its owners, and affiliates accept no liability for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from:

• Use or misuse of our GPT tools

• Reliance on AI-generated content

• Errors, omissions, or delays in output

5. Intellectual Property:  All branding, code, and content on this site (unless user-generated) remains the property of WightSpark. You may not resell or reproduce our tools without permission or license.

6. Cookies & Third Parties:  We use cookies (including Google Analytics) for performance insights. You can manage cookies via your browser.

7. Revisions:  We may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the current version.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

• If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period expires 14 days after the day following completion of your transaction.

• To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period ends. You may do so by email or by submitting a cancellation request through our contact form. We will acknowledge receipt of your request without delay.

Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel within the permitted period, all payments you have made will be reimbursed without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result.

Exceptions
Your right to cancel does not apply to:

• Digital content (including GPT tools, templates, or downloads) once you have started to access, stream, or download it.

• Subscription renewals beyond the initial subscription period.

• Cases where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behaviour.
